About ACLF
The Alameda County Library Foundation provides critical support to public libraries in the AC Library resulting in all people in our communities having access to knowledge in all of its forms.
Freed to Read
Book banning and censorship can silence important stories and stifle curiosity and discernment.
As part of our efforts to promote lifelong learning for people of all backgrounds, ACLF is launching the Freed to Read: Banned Books are Beautiful, Too campaign featuring the diverse voices and stories that may be found in banned and challenged books.
